Sjoürn spends most of his time out in nature. Not because he likes it. In fact he's allergic to most natural things including grass, trees, dirt, water, sunlight, fresh mountain breezes, and more. However, the drawings and paintings he's able to do while outside are incredible! His work sells for more than $500k per piece. When he tried to create art indoor, even while looking through a window it's as if an infant tried to make the art. Maybe it's something about fighting for his life against all odds that makes his art what it is. Maybe we'll never know. But in order to put food on the table and continue to support his 17 children, he battles all the allergies and kindly does the needful.

Needless to say, they gave Ripple up for adoption due to his cosmetic flaws. To their surprise and dismay, a married couple they were great friends with had trouble conceiving, themselves, and they adopted Ripple. They still hung out with the other family and played it off as if nothing was wrong, but it haunts them to this day. Poor Ripple Rapple.
